✨在介紹Summit這個廠牌之前，可能你會疑惑：「燕三条」是什麼？

    其實在日本地圖上找不到「燕三条」這個地名，因為它是新潟縣「燕市」與「三条市」的合稱。

    起源可以追溯到江戶時代，僅僅從製作一根釘子開始的“製造業”。然而，到了明治末期，此地已發展成為以金屬西餐餐具和金屬加工而聞名的金屬加工都市——“燕三条”。甚至於在現代日本，燕三条已經相當於高品質鐵器的代名詞了。

    從悠久歷史的苦難、戰爭中誕生的金屬加工技術，跨越時代編織，並通過工匠們口耳相授，薪火相傳。是這些代代傳承下來的傳統文化和手藝技術，造就了這個金屬之都。

✨Summit又是什麼？

    而Summit也是在燕三条這個金屬奇蹟之都興起的一份子，她創於大正8年(西元1919年)，至今已累積過百年的鐵製經驗，但依然毫不鬆懈，從製作開始，檢驗乃至出貨均是親力親為，一手包辦，嚴格把關品質管理，力求每件鍋具均是在最完美的狀態下送致客戶手中，只因他們從創業開始就懷着在燕三条此地磨練出來的獨門技藝和自豪感，把每一件產品視為「作品」去對待。

    Summit JP, an old iron making factory which has been working in Tsubame Sanjo, Japan for more than 100 years.

Before we deeply introduce Summit, you may wonder what does "Tsubame Sanjo" mean?

    In fact, you could not find the name “Tsubame Sanjo” on the map of Japan because it is a combination of “Tsubame City” and “Sanjo City” in Niigata Prefecture.

    The origins of this town can be traced back to the Edo period. It was a manufacturing industry that began with making a single nail. As time went by, till the end of the Meiji period, this place was called as “Tsubame Sanjo”. Which famous for its metal tableware and metal processing industries .

    The metal craftsmanship, that were born out of the long history of suffering and wars, has been passed down from generation to generation by craftsmen hardly. As a result, it created this famous metal capital.

    That's why even now in Japan, “Tsubamhe Sanjo” symbolizes high-quality metal products.

    Summit is also a part of this metal city of Tsubame Sanjo. Founded in Taisho 8 (1919), Summit has accumulated more than a century of experience in iron making. However, the workers never slacken off. They take care of everything from the manufacturing process to the inspection and even shipment of the products. Also, they strictly control the quality management. In order to make sure that every products delivered to the customers in the best condition. As they are proud of their craftsmanship.
